Anchored is a research workspace operated globally. We track three private anchor companies — OpenAI, Anthropic, SpaceX — together with their public-market mappings (currently 29 listed tickers), surface daily events, deep thematic reports, and an event-driven stock pool. This document governs your use of the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You may not use Anchored if applicable export controls or sanctions prohibit it.
Pricing is shown per region in your chosen currency. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Everything Anchored publishes — including stock-pool scores, deep reports, and event feed — is research and monitoring content. It is not investment advice, brokerage, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Private-company information has materially higher liquidity, transparency, and valuation risk than public equities. Make your own decisions, or consult a licensed advisor.
All written analysis, factor models, and UI on Anchored are owned by Anchored. You may quote up to two sentences with attribution and a link back.
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or temporarily unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore unless mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to active subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect.

Anchored 的所有书面分析、因子模型与界面归 Anchored 所有。允许引用不超过 2 句,需注明出处并附回链。
本服务以「现状」提供,不附带任何明示或默示担保。市场数据可能延迟、不准确或临时不可用。在法律允许的最大范围内,我们对任何主张承担的总责任以您在主张前 12 个月内支付的费用为上限。
本条款受新加坡法律管辖。除强制性消费者保护法律另有规定外,争议在新加坡法院解决。
我们可能更新本条款。重大变更将至少在生效前 30 天通过邮件通知活跃订阅者。
